Our two movers, Im sorry I forgot to write their names down, were fast, efficient, took extra care of pieces of furniture that needed special handling and went the extra mile to make sure we got everything we needed into our storage container. They showed up when expected, and were careful when moving things out of our basement uo a flight of stairs and out of our home. My husband and I still cant believe how much they got done in a two hour period. A representative from the company was kind enough to reach out to me about moving up our scheduled time to accommodate our POD being delivered earlier than expected. It was greatly appreciated. Both young men were so polite, easy to talk to and did a great job packing everything we had into our storage POD. We will definitely use them again once we get to our permanent home.

They were 4 hours late after their given window time. I was leaving a toxic ex and it forced me to stay at the house longer than I was comfortable with. I felt powerless felt like I needed to be nice about it because desperately needed to move. When they got there, they were pleasant and quick. They didn’t bring a dolly but they managed to move to everything. They wanted to leave as soon as the two hours was up or charge the extra time, which I get. But after being four hours late, you would think they would have thrown in an extra 10 minutes to finish moving a tv stand upstairs.
