It's a shame they only have 5 stars to give, because I would honestly give 77! Movedayhelp.com was absolutely incredible! They were communicative and professional before the move, during, and even after! They knew what they were doing, they worked so well together, and there were seriously difficult logistical concerns getting some of the furniture in, and they were able to do it, no damage, and even finished a half hour earlier than anticipated! Seriously, I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

The movers did a good job and handled getting a lot of furniture up a 3rd story walk up with a relatively narrow staircase/halls. I wasn’t sure our couch would make it, but it did! They could’ve been a little bit gentler with our things, but it was quite a few items and late in the day so I understand.
The 4 stars is because it is nearly impossible to get in contact with the actual company — I tried calling, emailing. I wanted to update the movers that we were 30 min behind several hours in advance, but I could not reach management. It would be helpful to receive better contact information.
